The experience at Birchwood Ford Eastbourne was great because they delivered the vehicle to home for a test drive on local roads. Everything else was seamless, though would question the reserve of only 2 days. Not everyone has the freedom to view the wanted vehicle within this timeframe, which caused a bit of a panic in possibly loosing said vehicle. 5 days would have been more reasonable. Also was contacted on a Sunday, which was great as showroom was closed.

Birchwood Ford Eastbourne were great because the total sale was done from distance as we live so far away but they couldn't do a more for us and also wouldn't let the car be delivered until it was completely right .upon delivery it was very good and everything was explained clearly .They continue to keep in touch and I phone them if I need to .Nothing is to much trouble

I'd definitely recommend Birchwood Ford Eastbourne to friends and family because they have a good selection of vehicles. All vehicles are in great condition. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy. Services offered like service plan etc. Vehicles was taxed on site and trade in tax rebate, saved customer a lot of trouble.
